Yes, you saw and heard it right, the popular DC comic series will be taking over the world of Isekai with this anime. DC has decided to work in collaboration with WIT Studio to create something we have never seen. At least that’s what my expectations are, from this franchise. Let’s try and uncover everything there is to the anime franchise of Suicide Squad.

Things We Can Decode From The “Suicide Squad Isekai” Trailer
The one thing that is absolutely clear from the trailer is that we will be witnessing the crazy & deadly combo of Joker and Harley Quinn, creating mayhem in another world. We could not see other members of the squad in the trailer. But since the anime is named after Suicide Squad, we will certainly see the other members of the squad as well.

And it even makes sense from a marketing perspective, as both Joker and Harley are among the most popular characters in the DC Comics. Hence, they would create the most hype for the anime series.
What We Know So Far About The Suicide Squad Anime
The announcement for the series came about at the Anime Expo 2023, which also brought plenty of other stuff for the anime lovers.

The staff for the series is available, however the cast for the series is still not available. However, one thing we do know is that the series has taken the anime world by storm and many anime enthusiasts (including me) are eagerly waiting with curiosity.

Another character that we could see in the trailer is Amanda Waller. So, we can hypothesize that the squad may not be Isekai’d of their own will. It will definitely become clear once the series airs. Since no date has been announced, we can only wait for it.
