I came across the gameplay trailer of Hitori No Shita: The Outcast while randomly scrolling through my YouTube feed. A few minutes had gone in and I was amazed by the action and the overall ambiance of the game. Then I thought that the game was pretty good from a console perspective.

However, the moment of surprise came after I watched the whole gameplay when I realized that it was actually a mobile game. My first impression of the game was really good, however, the fact that it was an upcoming mobile game provided me with a whole new perspective on mobile gaming. How could a game look so good when it is supposed to be a mobile game?! The setup, action, character styling, and everything that mobile games usually lack when compared to console games; this game had it all. It would not be wrong to say that this anime game is going to bring about a revolution in the mobile gaming industry.

If I had to give this game a rating on my first impressions then it would definitely be an 11/10. After witnessing the gameplay, I’d say that even this score feels undermining; it felt that good.
